Two 40-year-old sisters with contrasting visions of life: Livia, an extrovertive beautiful violoncellist, and Tina, a shy urban traffic agent. The first lives with Fabio, a sweet osteopath; the second one with Giani, ordinary and intolerant and who is also a traffic agent.

Tina dreams to become a mother but she is sterile. Nicola, the sister's gynecologist, proposes to Livia to give birth to her sisters baby and finally, she will accept to make her happy. Livia has to hide her pregnancy, while Tina has to fake hers. Both women will live experience all type of fun and absurd situations that will involve other members of the family.
